Why I build this
For years, I believed great engineering would speak for itself. I worked long hours, kept systems alive, and filled every gap. When raises or scope reviews came up, my work wasn’t part of the conversation.
The turning point was a skipped promotion and one line from my manager:

I didn’t work harder. I changed how I showed my results.

Who I am
I started as a software engineer and got promoted to lead a team before I was ready.
Nobody trained me for it. Overnight, I went from writing code to managing people and expectations I didn’t understand.
It was exhausting and humbling, so I moved into data engineering.
It felt like starting over, but it gave me the space to rebuild not only my technical skill but the hidden half nobody teaches: how to make work visible, get buy-in, and lead without the title.
Now I’m the Head of Data Engineering at a global fintech company and was named one of my country’s Top 100 Tech Talents, the only data person on that list.
What changed wasn’t luck or timing. It was learning the part of the job nobody talks about—the human and strategic side that decides whose work gets seen.
